Veleswaran Nallaiah
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Veles has 20+ years' experience in consulting, digital transformation, and analytics. As Founder & CEO of Raizon, he drives advisory, AI solutions, and client partnerships, and serves as VP, Asia Pacific at DCS and Digital Virgo. Formerly Managing Director at Accenture Malaysia, with senior roles at BIIT Consulting, SAS, and Hewlett-Packard.

Naren Subramaniam
Director, Data & AI Solutions

Naren has 20+ years of experience in consulting, IT services and industry development, specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics for airlines, FMCG and telecommunications. Prior to Raizon, Naren was at PwC / IBM (UK), Telenor (Norway) and SAS Institute (Malaysia).

Subash Vellingiri Muthukumaraswamy
Associate Director, Product Development & Services – Data & AI

Subash has 16+ years of experience in telecom, banking, insurance, utilities, tax, and healthcare, specializing in data lakes, cloud migration, data architecture, and automation. Prior to Raizon, he held leadership roles in Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.

Thanigai Velan
Director of Cloud Services

Thani has 20+ years of experience in consulting, business development, designing and implementing IT solutions for enterprise and public sector — architecting complex cloud solutions on AWS, GCP and Alibaba Cloud. Prior to Raizon, Thani was at Accenture and Dell EMC.

Mary Guiney
Managing Director, Australia

Mary has 20+ years of experience in consulting and business development, specializing in government, healthcare and complex procurement. Major projects include large-scale unified voice, data, and communications managed services into whole-of-government and major health institutions. Prior to Raizon, Mary was at Telstra, HPE, Polycom, Ernst & Young, Nextgen Networks and ArchiTech.
